After you reach around rank 8 in Mythic path, there will be a quest for you to re-do your choices and unlock some late game path (Gold Dragon, etc.) and other mythic path mechanisms.

Note that some Companions may not like your drastic alignment shift, and decide to leave the party in that case. You can still use the powers you already have, but may fail the mythic quests that provide further mythic progress. After you picked one path, there will be a quest to ask you to realign yourself if you don't meet the requirement.

Mythic Paths have soft alignment restrictions.

(Unless you pick the Trickster ability that allows your Companions to share some of your power.) Companions only get general mythic abilities and feats.

Only the main character can choose a Mythic Path.

Mythic levels only upgrade in certain main Quests, and are tied to story progression instead of general Experience points. You can still reach level 20 of your ordinary class while having mythic levels. The mythic levels do not mix with your ordinary character levels.Note that when picking different Mythic Paths options in dialogues or storyboards, you are NOT locking yourself into a certain Mythic Path. However, if you are inclined to complete Hulrun’s orders, just attack Ramien and engage in a fight.Then head back to Ramien to tell him about Hulrun’s death. If you want, after talking to Ramien, you can return to Hulrun and kill him.If you succeed, Hulrun will leave Ramien for now, and join the defense force led by Irabeth.

If you decide to help Ramien not kill him, return to Hulrun and explain what happened.He will also give you Starward Gaze if you don’t kill him. You can find Ramien in front of the Temple of Desna, and learn his side of the story.You can find Hulrun and Ramien at the center of Market Square, after a short confrontation, Hulrun will task you to hunt and Kill Ramien.Other Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous Guides: The grisly deed is done – time, to deliver the good news to the prelate. And, knowing the prelate, it is unlikely he will be satisfied even after that. Prelate Hulrun will not rest until Ramien is dead.
